ELTAS was engaged to redesign how spacial planning can be interesting and to reinvent the living room in this 128sqm resale unit. The challenges was to introduce design solutions that redefine the spaces. The foyer was dressed in black slate to its floor and wall, creating a modern tropic feel. The floor finishes changed into high-end resilient flooring that imitates warm timber planking. To further emphasize the lengthy space of this unit, a customised solid teak screen was introduced as a division to the ‘gallery-corridor’ and living room. The living room is now rotated 180degrees from its previous habitants of this unit.
